Poets...ain't we a pair
Somewhere

is there...Right there
If you look hard enough.

Poets are wonderful things arn't they?
To be able to see the sunsets as they do.
To live and survive all they've been through.

I am not a poet for I've been crushed
by the wait of the world.
as down it swirled

Lets see how that sunset looks
when the powers out
and theres no lights about

I've seen skys of blue
and clouds of white
and nothing to eat

I've wondered what light through yonder window breaks
and how I can sit down with them
to forget my life condemn

Thats what I am
I am not a poet anymore
but I look at the sunset like I did before

So its out there...Right out there
If you look hard enough
