Powder Poem by Jessi Hardison

Powder

Rating: 4.5

Constantly you cover up; hide.
How can you not know I love what's inside?
Right under the surface I see it.
You are who you are, so be it.
You blot on more fake smiles like powder.
I love your voice, so please be louder.
