Pray Poem by Juan Olivarez

Pray

Pray for me, For I am just a man,
Full of flaws, and sin to beat.
And sin does abound throughout the land,
Sometimes I just can't stand the heat.

Pray for me, and each other too,
Don't let the Devil, bring you down.
You know he's constantly after you,
He'll come up behind you, without a sound.

The Devil is real, don't fool yourself,
To believe in God, you believe in him.
So get your bible off the shelf,
Help pull this nation back from the rim.
