Privilege Speech Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

Privilege Speech

Privilege Speech

"Wind, rain passion
and syncopation,

What made you today,
is that golden bloom
and the warm telecasts,

wormed in theneck
liked a Royal celebrity

a privilege speech,
that defines you apart from
the others,

Speaking loud and clear,
and with direction,

She gave me purpose
to continue life
as theliving,

Let no man assume I
I'm dead,
or a relic,

Paint belittled
asliving spoofs,

That love is a miracle worker
That I'm transformed,

That make this living purpose,
to bejust of service,
to you."
