You broke a promise that hurt me lot
you erased my name to your heart's empty spot
and you replaced it with my very own friend
to me hatred. sadness and jealousy you've send

you broke a promise that made my heart die
you've once promised me that you'll never say goodbye
but honestly it really feels like hell
when you told me: 'I'm sorry but farewell'

you broke a promise that made me insane
you're my worst nightmare and my heart's biggest stain
i want to move on and a new light i want to find
but still, i don't want you out of my heart's mind

you broke a promise that made me pretend
i pretended to be okay, even though our love needs to end
we've once promised 'no one can replace you here in my heart
but why does immortal love needs to part?

now, I'm still hoping back for the day that I've met you
where love was realistic and everlasting and true
