A service and traveller announcement
We regret to inform you that summer has been delayed
Due to current restrictions and requirements
A period of isolation must be implemented
It is recommended that all summer activities
Planned or otherwise under consideration
Be placed under a temporary hiatus
Such restrictions may be bypassed
Under the requisition of substantial banker's drafts
The wealth travel allowance mandate
Which whilst under constant review
Less you feel unassured in such matters
May be subject to change in the near future
As thus a savings scheme is recommended
For all future endeavours and such like
A wealth mandate scheme will remain
Under all future government guidance
Remember a place for all
And all in their place
This message has been brought to you
By the overseers of law and order
The elected lords of tomorrow
