I woke up this morning
And the first thing
That came to my mind was you
And it started to rain

I look out the window and realize
That its my tears falling down
I look out the window and see
My tears falling
On my window pane

Why is it that every time
You come to mind
It starts to rain
And tears fall down my face?

Its raining an eternity
And it never stops
Cause all I think about is you

So it'll keep on raining
Until i'm strong enough to
Get you out
When that day will come
I don't know

But I just hope that
One day I'll cryin
And it will stop raining
It has to stop being a rainy day
