Good nights are hard but easy
We stand in between a yes and no
Sometimes for the sake of rep or duty
We could be responsible for what we don't know

Life's complicated that I know
But our wishes should just be so
Wishes or wills or what it should be
My heart really wants something met for me

I drink, my veins can testify
It's not easy, emotions will justify
I've been through hell for heaven's sake
My prayer is for good when I wake

My heart is empty, the world's noisy
Tonight is on such a sad flow
My heart is empty while the world is noisy
I'm awake inside my dream
Why is life not giving me a live stream
