Reaching The Stars Poem by Minerva Agriam

Chasing the changing of times,
Following the fragrance of you.

If I could only reach the stars,
I would be a fool not to give them to you.

Chasing the wings of the winds,
Following the beams of the sunlight.

If I could only change the world,
I would rightly make you love me.

Chasing the essence of love,
Following the shooting stars above.

If I could only change the universe,
I would gather all the stars to decorate them on you.
