Happiness is over rated.
It only makes sadness cut that much deeper.
Forever is just a moment in time,
it has no real place in real life.
I have felt it all.
Nothing is forever, forever is nothing.
Stop believing the fairy tales!
They are a child's fiction that we believe to be truth.
There is no awakening kiss, no dashing prince.
There is just this moment and all that is contained
within it.
I must learn to live each moment as it comes
and stop watching an invisible horizon for your return.
