Recovery - Poem by Karin Holloway

Rocketship journey as i
braked full ram jets
flashingly arched
lightning landing
Ship helmet and
shiptits sustained
As i splashdown
floated to up
in waves of faces caressing.
Bright moment -
Prisims of caring as beacons
to land
to come back
to I.
