I remember
times of old
I was young
strong and bold

Lived my life
just for me
Partied hard
couldn't see

Those days are gone
in my past
Thankful now
they did not last

Jesus grabbed me
freed my soul
Filled me with joy
I did not know

Showed me love
like none before
He is the one
I'm living for

So many years
I was fooled
In the days
when Satan ruled

I thought with Jesus
I'd have no fun
But I was wrong
the fun's begun

I party hard
live for him
He has my heart
He took my sin

He wants me happy
He has my back
Now there's nothing
that I lack

Thank you Jesus
for saving me
Giving me

My life's quest
is now done
A new beginning
has begun..
