Renovations

My treasury* says
that grand buildings in Spain
converted to bed tourists
go by the name paradores.

'Why just those that do that for them? ' I ask,
'There's probably an ex-church nightclub called Parador.'

And though it's just my kitchen and bathroom being done
in Adelaide, Australia,
I'm going to name that
my renovated flat.

Renovations are necessary time to time. You have amazingly expressed your view and shared thought in this excellent poem.
