Rest In Real Time. Poem by Subhadip Bhattacharya

Amid all these commotion
And humdrum of the world,
Thinking deep inside,
Is there any real rest.
Will it be possible to
Take rest in this real time.
And what I mean is
Real rest in real time,
With no deep down preparation
For the journey ahead.
I think not.
Will it ever be possible.

Sometimes all my restlessness
Is just to gain some real time
To take real rest.
Which mostly I fail to achieve.
But some light small work
In a short time
Can bring you closer to real rest
I suppose.
