Rethinking Fiction Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Rethinking Fiction

Slowly, day turns to night.
Unconscious to the beauty soon
Found in itself.
Mantles lost on an larger scale of what's seen
Before our eyes.
A unifying pattern shared,
Adhering to the wholeness of one another.
Linear
Lighting one by one. Highlighting the imperfect endeavor love presents.
Establishing its devotion.
The gleam of my eyes to yours.
Tubeless funnels leaking gasoline
Ready to be ignited
