Father Galvin, on his way back to China, traveled via the United States, where he hoped to address the idealof evangelizing China, inspirethe dedicated hearts of the people to recall to mind and to reflecton their ownbaptismal and christian call to MISSION; also to promote the needs of the newly formed Missionary Society and Seminary in Ireland.
