And not looking behind

Change your living habits
And look after your health
You will then feel happier
Within yourself

Discuss with others
How you really feel
Don't focus on the past
And it won't make a big deal

Put your best foot forward
And think for the year ahead
This will help you stay focussed
And live your life instead
