Right In Face Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Right In Face

Right in face

I told them: “Go to hell! ”
Right in face.

And again I repeat:
“Go to hell, go to hell; go to hell! ”
(When talking…of poem)

What you want is fashion in dress
An ugly and devil in nightgown; three-piece
Looking sharp with make-up; for runway
Go to hell.

What about the nighttime?
What about undressed, when washed-up?
And shower?
What about nakedness?
Being nude?

What about showing fact as it is?

Sure of course
Better wear and clothes
Better look, and hair combed
Cleaned shoes, ironed shirt
They, too, are my favors
(Not as main)

Have some gut
Step out; tell the fact
Even if risking life.

Let your work be garden
Full of buds, flowers
Let birds come, sing along
Like Saadi’s; for always; even now.
