Right To Remain Silent Poem by Oduro Bright Amoh

Right To Remain Silent

Rating: 5.0

I have the right to remain silent
Even if my silence is not right.
If what is left is to be speechful,
What speech at all is left?
I left my silence to its right
For no right speech was left.
Yet they say silence isn't right
To suit the situations left.
Well, let speech have its right.
I choose the silence left.
For i have the right to remain silent
Even if my silence is not right.

A very clever truth. Well done!
