When I think of ripple creek
My mind travels back in time
To the air laced with jasmine aroma
Corn stalks bending in the summer breeze
A sky so azure it felt as though we could drift away
Into the infinitely deepest sea
I recall lazy afternoons down by the water's edge
Running through the grass
Making sweet love to the sound of the crickets chirp
My heart always skips a beat
When I remember you and the time we shared
At ripple creek
