Run Away Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Run Away

I dream't about you.
Not knowing where to find you,
I closed my eyes and drifted to sleep.
Suddenly you appeared.

Not knowing where to find you.
I searched everywhere.
Only to find you when my eyes closed.
Dwelling in the abode of my eyes.

An essential liberty.
Ushering the utmost,
Kept away while my eyes are open.
Only to find you when my eyes close.
Dwelling in the abode of my dreams
