S-C-A-R-Y Poem by Monica Encarnacion

S-C-A-R-Y

There are a lot of scary things in the world:
Spiders are scary
snakes, and even lizards can be
Living alone is creepy
Losing somebody or dying is terrifying
But the scariest there could ever be,
Is dying knowing you haven't lived well and long enough
Leaving words unsaid, things undone
Coz you chose to be SCARED.
