Sailor Poem by Alyssa ArtsLover

Sailor

Fragments, tears
And lens flares
Captured and devoured
By the waters plane
Fading visions
Once could rise and fly
But they failed to attend
Drowned in their sight
This tender skin is too weak
To be caressed
And to be dried
By the summers heat

I declared
And the sea washed me free...
at least I thought
But I just gone deeper
In my own belief

"Sail on, sail on!
To touch the sky
To fall and mourn"
But how dare I not to see?
You're my only relief

The dreaming crest
Of my moon and stars
Are departed and ignored
A sailing child
Yes, I was when the one I felt around
Hears the whispers of
The Mother Earths flight
"In raging summer you'll find"
But I witness my light
Deep inside
Shines to reach never
And never to rest

I declared all these
And the sea washed me free...
Or at least I thought
And now I go deeper
In this shallow abyss

But it is not my way

"Sail on, sail on!
To touch the sky
To fall and mourn"
How dare I not to feel?
You're my only relief

Will you come
Down to bring me to
Your side?
Oh this pain so strong
Reserve me in my own world!
Separate me from my own blur!
And in hope for us
I sail towards
The dead Sun
