Pearl of Indian Ocean
Is a bountiful kingdom of one nation
To make it the peoples land of liberation
Mahinda is the only brave ebullient

To heal the burning human souls and soils
Free the trees, flowers and butterflies
Bees and pigeons to easy flies
War heros, officers and their pitiful lives

No more divisions
Land for every living beings and citizens
Love for education to enlighten the future of children
Is only his will, weapon and aspiration

You are the lord to confirm victory
Survival for the people in refuge and custody
Would not allow a breathing space for dictating teritory
We salute deep heartedly for this isle so gracefully

To protect our crown and country
Against the invaders from history
Sustain our traditions and natural legacy
Let's join hands together to build up a blissful country
