Scream Poem by Marketa Richnavska

Scream

Rating: 3.0

What if the ado
in her chest
was not her enemy
but her confederate?
What if the silence
she experienced
from time to time
were the mystifying butterflies
covering all the calls
of her intuition
to close her eyes
turn around
and run?
What if
they allayed
all her allies?
