If easy seldom goes a search for truth,
Few can fathom the truth's infinite whole,
Never so hard still, so thinking in youth,
I missed out most truth's universal soul.
As any endeavour adds to knowledge,
Each effort put in paints truth's fair image,
No'ne attempts steep slopes of truth all in vain,
Each climb cuts off to help reach greater height,
Each step taken adds up to journey's gain,
Each having a new lamp lit adds to light.
Yet, like a dreamer in early raw youth,
Hard did I know, truths breathe deeper a breath
Of reason, have li'le use for shallow faith,
Miscued I had my illusion as truth.
