Search-Journey Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

Search-Journey

Living a life
On one's own terms
Original natural way
Taking into account
I, my, me, we, our and us.
Leaving-
No space or place
For you, your, yours,
He, she and it;
They, their and them.

Living a life
On one's own terms
Original natural way
Standing tall-
Tall amid peers
With an excellence.

Living a life
On one's own terms
Original natural way
Sharing-
A special bond
With creativeness
Creating
Something different
From others
Kissing
And making up
Deficiency
Every moment
Being material
Maturing slowly-
Into a grand success
A success story
Sky being the limit.

Living a life
On one's own terms
Original natural way
Pursuing-
Realistic dreams
Into perfection
Sealing
All misfortunes
To the corner
Shedding
All inhibitions
To listen to inner self.

Living a life
On one's own terms
Original natural way
Void seems-
To widen each day
Feeling inside
Strange and peculiar.
Soul: on search-journey
Experiencing ethereal
Shaking up-
From sound slumber
Submitting ultimately
To the Divine Will.
