Sedate Me, If Only Poem by Janine Alyssa Navarro

Sedate Me, If Only

gradually fading
into nasty fiction
I hit my head
upon the cold floor
enemies
release themselves
from injured bars
of a fragile mind
stow away
into that ship
they speak of
until then I resign
from being the sun
sedate me
if only
