Send My Friend To Shuzhong Being An Official (Seven Jue)

★ Send My Friend to Shuzhong Being an Official (Seven Jue)

☆ Poetry by Xu Jing (? -? , Tang Dynasty, China)
☆ Translation by Luo Zhihai (1954-, China)

My old friend an official of Hangzhong
Ask me to chant for West Shu, please
Many people plant oranges there
The custom likes playing tetrachord there
The water flows to Kunming wide
Mountains connect with Daxia deep
There is nothing in leisure time
Hope to climb with him from time to time

Note: Suzhon, Hanzhong, West Shu, Kunming and Daxia - ancient place names of China.
