“Think not
what your nation can do for you
but think
what you can do for your nation”
This proclamation
And others of similar connotation
Are senseless talks from their mouths
What a hopeless hope
Expecting a set of twins
From a full-grown spinster?
Has it gone off their memory
That only nothing
Can emanate from nothingness?
What a thoughtless talk
Asking the lad to plough
And the lass to grow grains
With the humus of the land lynched?
What sort of casual care is that
Promising a monkey a living
With the bunch of bananas denied?
