Sentient Beings Unite Poem by Etienne Charilaou

Sentient Beings Unite

The drive is not devolution
but to develop, go forward,
upward, beyond ourselves,
to ascend, to transcend.

There are beings for whom spacetime
is a veil through which they pass at will.

To explore all, to comprehend all,
to go beyond physical limitations,
to become invulnerable, eternal,
god-like.

There are beings that are analogues
of any pantheon we have on Earth.
Possessing tremendous powers,
immense knowledge;
beings of energy when they want to be.

The ants began to speak,
to form symbols with their bodies.
We took notice
and translated their language.
They send us greetings
and wish to know more.

They will join us in time.

Thanks for your comment. That would be a fascinating field of study: alien brains!
