Sergeant Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Sergeant

Sergeant

Went to see a lawyer
-must manage part of mess
-that I have seen and made…

Saw him there, on corner
-of the Yonge and Center
-as always…

His white van, very old
-is his shop, on the road
-he carries fruits of
-the season and the time.

His price far lower
-than the super-markets.

Once he was a sergeant
-in forces of Afghans
-was in charge of planes.

Now, couldn't correctly
-calculate the money
-so, I could fish out, pay.

How could he in his mind
-learning that thousands die
-every week, day and month
-thanks to the fall of walls
-by man named Gorbachev
-registered for "Reagan? "

Every word he spelled
-was nothing but a sigh!

I wish I could make bomb
-larger than what did fall
-within the borders of
-the peoples called "Afghan."

Keep thinking of that bomb
-feel it is duty to send it reversely!

What can we say you are?

Have received many mails
-all, somehow, have mentioned
-the names of kids you killed,
-or ones that you orphaned…

You hoorayed the end to Kremlin
-you sang songs for wall-fall-in Berlin.

You turned back to the son O laden
-took away everything from him
-he went to Somalia
-then, with you, established Taliban.

Once again you made him crazy
-he sent men screwing sisters…

You called a war and set fire
-that still is aflame…

Now it is in Yemen
-by you and your bastards.

Stinking shame you are
-to mankind as leader
-with tusks as elephant!

But in fact, you are just
-an old fox that is lame.

You have some Al Qaeda
-joining the Saudi's dirty team,
-which is you in cover.

You lie and suck blood
-as do the vampires!
-But you bark, blabber!

"We have, will sacrifice,
-to bring peace around
-for mankind…" Huge lie!
