Shadows In Your Mind

You still feel those shadows in your mind
You still have to live with them all the time
And they threaten to break you, try to overtake you
Shame you, disgrace you, erase you
Well, be strong and put up a fierce fight
Face your fears and tell those shadows goodbye
Every day's a new day, throw the darkness away
And choose to live out in the light
