Shaytaan: A Clear Enemy Poem by Ishrat khan

Shaytaan: A Clear Enemy

Rating: 5.0

Once he was raised above all angels
He was closest to God
He denied human saying
'I'm better than him' with pride nd loud

And then he challenged Allah
I will lead them astray
But Allah is the most merciful
Who repents, he forgives away

Don't let your heart overtake you
Nor your mind
Indeed he lives there
To make you disbelieve and blind

Let we shall free ourselves
From the whispers of devil
He is our clear enemy
Let's not be controlled by his will

He has immense strength
But he is weak too
If you have strong faith in Allah
He may won't come to you

It's time to shed tears,
Bow and repent now
Before the angel of death approach
to take the soul of thou
