She Left Me Poem by Richard Lexus

She Left Me

She left me,
She left like she arrived,
With no decency or emotion,
But still a twinkle in her eye.

She left me,
For a rugby player no less,
Someone whos big and dashing,
And prone to success.

She left me,
She left me alone,
Cant sleep or concentrate now,
I just curse and a cry in my bedroom,

She left me,
She left me behind!
Leave me to regret my mistakes,
Painful memories that stick in my mind.

She left me,
Yet I did nothing wrong!
My effort was constant,
But she had enough of me before long.

She left me,
And I miss her so,
Return back to my place,
Never felt so low.

She left me,
Yes, she left me.

Tinged with sadness yet embellished with hope. Never change for anyone, your constancy was your saving grace. Keep that way, someone will appreciate it when you've grieved this loss. HG: -) xx
