She Or He Though Strangers Poem by Francis Duggan

She Or He Though Strangers

Rating: 5.0

She or he though strangers to great material wealth and fame
And who does treat everybody as the same
And does not owe to anyone in any way
And works quite hard for every take home pay

To the parents that raised them a good daughter or son
They are not inferior to anyone
Since for a better Human World to live in they plant the good seed
And of more of their sort humanity is in need

In this Human World where we are judged for our materialwealth and social role
For everyone there is a pigeon hole
We look on those who have grown wealthy due to monetary greed
As those in life who deserve to succeed

It is judgmental people that we have to thank
For upholding human inequality and social rank
In a World where for success millions everyday compete
And for attention with each other when the aspirational meet

Though not wealthy and famous they are great people indeed
The people who work hard and help those of helping in need
As people them i can only admire
And of singing their praises i could never tire.
