Sheer Poem by Daniel Trevelyn Joseph

Sheer

It is frightening
The things I thought of
Moments ago I cannot recall.

My brain goes into still mmode
And eats us all this stuff
I am blank: try as I might
Cant recall what went on
A few minutes ago.

Where have they gone,
Disappeared?
Brain has gone out of control,
With many cells and synapses
No longer functional,
Precious cargo inside
Turning into smoke.

Truly no-man-fathomed,
Gerard Manley Hopkins.
