way back we were like the best of friends closer that the next of kin...folk,
beauty is what you spoke,
butterflies were like permanent tats in my stomach,
the thought of u going away made me wanna vommit,
tears filled my eyes once i woke up from a dream where me n u were once soulmates that would never part,
feeling in my heart i spoke but my lips couldnt depart,
to tell u that being with her is a big mistake,
when i was the one that pushed you away,
a naive girl i was then now the grown one truly regrets,
not seeing what i had right in front of me,
you was in is now what my heart desires,
damn... i can t take back time or hope for lost time,
but can only reminise u how u was a shorty of mine...
