Silhouette Poem by Deci Hernandez

Silhouette

Isn't a silhouette created
By light?
Therefore it is light that i seek

Lord God of thunder
God of the seas God of
The heavens and of things
Beneath

To the God who is greater than Zues
Combined with all the gods of Greece
Wherefore wherefore wherefore
Art thou silhouette cast upon me?

Ah, i am quick to answere
An answere that i seek
And i am qick to question
The things i cannot see

My actions are counted for pride
And pride is like a badly
Casted die

How is it that a man can live
A happy and sad life?

To the Lord God
Do not give me a sign
But truth to which i
Can steadily rely

Now am i ready to open
My eyes?
Your silhouette is better than mine
