Since The Beginning
There was a time
Not long ago
When I said,
I love you so
You looked at me
Through hoping eyes
That my words
Weren't lies
How could I
Be untrue
With what I feel
Inside for you
You said that you've
Been hurt before
I said to you
We've all been through that door
You know, in love
Some have lost and some have one
That's how it's been
Since life begun
