Sisyphus Poem by Frank William Finney

Sisyphus

I named the puppy Sisyphus
because he walked in circles
in a pup tent.

I named the bird Sisyphus
because she kept revving her wings
and sliding down the slanted window.

I named the poem Sisyphus
because it knows the hill,
and accepts its calling.
