You are the tune; make me your hopeful harp
That I may be adorned by your grand touch.

You need some rest; let once my filthy bed
Give you some comfort from your windy world.

You shine in flowers; let me be the scent
That I may live forever in your light.

You win in battles; let me be your chariot
On which you may stand and win all of life.

You are the writer; make my blood your ink
That I may live on pages of world’s fate.

You are the speaker; have me in your words
So that a piece of my mind too may spread.
