Sixth Sense Poem by Hannah Blair

Sixth Sense

Reconize
The soft dust sprinkles in the sunlight
The little pink tongue of a baby colt
Shiny leather
A small fly
Tuffs of wool wisp around in the wind
Carbonation bubbles in a soda can
Blur wisp of galloping hoofs in the familiar arena
The silver glint of a steel bracelet
Still halt of a tangy Latino dance caught in a photo and framed on the door
Slither of a possible lizzard
Liqiud on a sponge, dissapearing into its surface
A ruff pavement
An old newspaper
Leafs brushing up a storm
A melted popsicle
Fresh picked strawberries, glistening and appitizing
Wheels on a skateboard yank and pull
Blue brush
Notice an empty bench with only me
A mascara tube, filled with black gue used to hide a flaw
Life recognized for individual beauty

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

life recognised for individual beauty..... picture uncrumpled linen.... imagine light from torchea blackening my dark circles.... think of my thigh weightless without your hand.... wasteland of my hand with destiny on a wrong turnpike.....I wish I could have praised this gem Hannah
