Sleeping Moon Poem by Satish Verma

Sleeping Moon

Erosion has set in.
I am not going anywhere.
Nocturne battles for survival.

Words are growing
like mushrooms, making a
fairy ring around make-believes

A mauve surrender.
You die daily without cause.
No contempt of love.

I don"want to think.
Only ask you, don't move
away from the moon

This is land of fear.
Will not leave you alone.
Searching your home, kissing doors.
