Sloozing Poem by delilah contrapunctal.... yes, that's how I intended to spell it.........

Sloozing

from a dudgeon tower
set about to rime, reflower..
rode athwart one hippogriffle
to cavernous and slined abode
where manticore had strive'd and strode
with his playmate Tosh de Whiffle....
felt a lessening of power...
was just past the switching hour...
came a rush of gurmsies, cold..
enough to churn the butter brickle
at best, t'airy zorms prove fickle...
