Smile In Your Face Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Smile In Your Face

J-ust let the beacon rise,
A-pril nineteenth break of day;
I-n the lanes up above,
N-ight shadows fade away.
E-arly dawn has shown up,
L-et the evening pass by;
Y-our birthday has come,
N-eath the wide blue sky.

B-ad weather turns fine,
A-fter the storm is over;
R-ain stops from falling,
C-old chill gets warmer.
E-ach light from the sun
L-ets the morn see the flame;
L-onely twilight is gone,
A-nother wind whispers your name.
N-ew breeze of the moment gently blows in your place;
O-ne occasion of joy shares the smile in your face.
