Smiling Morning Poem by Rocky Morton

Smiling Morning

If life is a smiling morning
And you're the earth courted by the stars
Though you can't see heaven
Though you can't see it, but it's still there.

If everything has it's end
Then this journey will reach its destination
And when you leave
The only thing I can give you is my love.

As the rain falls
As the wind caresess
Your memory is etched on the face of heaven
The wind may not blow, though it won't you'll still be here.

If I could bring back all
I would rather choose the sun shine up
Let the joy and laughters will be
Not the storm that breaks my smiling morning.
