Snowboarding Poem by Gigi Levin

Snowboarding

Surfing downhill on a white blanket

I could fall at any moment

The rush takes over my senses

and I am run by my instincts

I swoop, jump, and glide

Stopping at the bottom

I raise my arms like an Olympian.

I did not fall.
