Snowy White Poem by Tom Allport

Snowy White

Rating: 5.0

After the bombs had been
Only a single white petal
Could be seen
As the white death
Gently floated down
Covering the Earth
In a snowy white gown
Silence and peace
Was all around
No Earthling's ever
Would be found.

The poem is so gentle and i feel like watching a flower moving with fallen petal..so subtle in every move while the background was so scary.Nice poem Tom!

Hi Tom, you have the capacity to describe the most cataclysmic events with such simple and vividly descriptive words that you put the reader in the heart of your scenario- excellent. I like this very much indeed! ...10 +++ Lodigiana x
