Solutions of all kinds
are deeply satisfying,
(Hannibal’s “I LLLove it when a plan comes together” and all that)
but sometimes
one needs to ponder
(like whether “ponder”
is a transitive
or intransitive verb)
the results,
preferably first,
but afterwards counts too,
though,
like a structural change
to a working complex database,
the cost is less
in time, money, frustration,
withheld satisfaction and happiness
and all their implications,
if you take the time
to think it through
and get it right
the first time round.
